Support

The reseller (WoodenClassics Trading & Services or his sub-reseller) will handle support matters on behalf of the original manufacturer. The reseller(s) will do utmost to supply sufficient technical information to inform the buyer of the possibilities & limitations of the products as well as to support the buyer with information on installation, use and malfunction. Repairs will be done by the manufacturer (in the USA) or by a certified support partner. In case of technical questions or diagnose the reseller will be available for first line support backed up by the manufacturer.

Warranty

The manufacturers standard warranty is 3 years from date of purchase. This warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years. Improper installation, use of sender units other than supplied by the manufacturer as well as attempted repair or adjustments by other than Classic Instruments Inc. shall void this warranty. Disassembly of any instruments or senders for whatever reason shall specifically void this warranty. A part found to be damaged or malfunctioning due to an excess voltage surge shall be considered as resulting from improper installation and not covered under warranty. Purchaser requesting a product to be repaired or replaced under warranty must return the defective part (via the reseller at buyers expense) to the manufacturer along with a written English description of the failure. Purchaser agrees and accepts that under no circumstances will a warranty replacement be furnished until the manufacturer has first received, inspected and tested the returned part. It is expressly agreed that there shall be no further remedy for consequential or other type of damage, including any claim for loss of profit, engine damage or injury.
